Make sure your game resolution matches one of the supported presets listed in the tool window. 6Wrong Resolution Preset Selected

Close those applications or disable their overlay features and restart the looter. Also check that no other program is running in administrator mode that might be capturing input at a higher privilege level. If you have a keyboard with dedicated macro software, make sure F4, F8, and F9 are not remapped to other functions.
8Looting Too Fast or Too Slow for the Situation
The looter has adjustable scan speed and click delay settings to match different PVP scenarios. If it is clicking on loot before the window fully opens, increase the initial delay by 100-200 milliseconds in the settings panel. If it is missing loot because it clicks too slowly, reduce the delay. The optimal setting depends on your internet latency and whether you are fighting near other players who may also be looting. In high-traffic ZvZ battles, a faster setting helps secure valuable items before other looters. Always test your speed setting on a few open-world mob kills before entering dangerous PVP content.
